Had a great session with a new startup recently called airflowing! airflowing works to create a collaborative space in which companies, employees,customers and vendors can work together turning conversations into business!
The solution was initially developed to assist ad agencies in their efforts to track the entire job/estimate process - from the internal conversations developing the background of the estimate, the estimate and tie in to the estimate process any outside contracting work!
The idea of social CRM as defined by Gartner and noted in an earlier blog here:
”Social CRM applications encourage many-to-many participation among internal users, as well as customers, partners, affiliates, fans, constituents, donors, members and other external parties, to support sales, customer service and marketing processes…”
I think these guys hit the mark with respect to a social CRM solution. Its collaborative in nature both internally and externally supporting all constituents inside and outside the firm particular to a sales process.
